There are no rental fees.
There are minimum expenditures for different times of the year.
All the linen is white, the cutlery, tables & chairs are included
in your costs of food and beverage. you do not need chair covers.You
may request other colors, the charges will be extra.
The menus may be selected from the packages available or they may
be custom-made.
All flowers are extra. You may bring your centre pieces and other
flower arrangements.
A list of vendors can be provided to assist you in choosing faster
and efficiently.
Public parking is all around us including street parking at your
cost.
Coat check is complimentary.
Bands, musicians in general we do not handle them but we have recommendations.
The bar is all a la carte, the wines the same.
The bar can be open until 2:00 am as specified by the LLBO.
Glasses need to be removed by 2:30 am.
There are many ways of holding an event:
1. Cocktail reception, formal dinner, dance.
2. Cocktail reception, food stations informal seating and standing,
dance.
3. All cocktail reception, and dancing
4. Afternoon events with champagne and hors d’oeuvres, desserts.
All-inclusive packages are available. Please ask at the meeting.
We are open to suggestions.
Payment schedule:
A deposit of $1000.00 is required to reserve the entire restaurant
A meeting would need to be scheduled to discuss menus and other
arrangements. Once the menu has been chosen a complimentary taste
test is scheduled for the bride & groom. Taste tests are complimentary
only for parties of 75 guests or more. For parties less than 75
people the taste test is at the expense of the client.
The final guarantee to be made 72 hours prior to function on all
inclusive packages. Payment is to be made at the time of the guarantee.
Payment for A La Carte events is to be settled at the completion
of the event.
Any breakage or damage of / walls / fixtures, linens, glass and
plates would be the liability of the bride and groom or the company
to be settled at the completion of the event.
The hosts as well as the management and staff are responsible and
liable for any person becoming intoxicated and causes harm to himself/herself
or any other individual while impaired.
We stop serving alcohol to anyone that we think is impaired. We
will stop service entirely if we see another patron giving alcohol
to an impaired person after that person was told could not have
any alcoholic beverages.
We only serve one drink at the time to individual directly.It is
not allowed to pick up a drink for someone else.
