Ange always chooses organic ingredients because they are so much more flavorful and healthy. Both the lunch and dinner menus cater to a wide range of tastes. There is always something special at La Maquette for the meat eater, vegetarian or seafood lover.

And for the grand finale we also have a special place in our hearts for the dessert lover. Our kitchen creates a lovely variety of decadent temptations to satisfy the soul.
