Hi Mackenzie,

It feels like forever we were planning our wedding with you at La Maquette. Well, no matter how long ago it feels and how long ago it will be many years in the future, we have such incredible memories. Jeff and I want to thank you and the team at La Maquette for making our special day so perfect! Our guests are still talking about what a wonderful wedding it was from beginning to end, no detail missed. The comments about the food were fantastic, but I am sure your team already knows that by all the clean plates that went back into the kitchen.

Mackenzie, you were delightful to work with. Thank you for all your patience and for executing everything just as we had envisioned. We really believe we had a fairy tale wedding - thank you for helping us make it happen- .

We look forward to celebrating our anniversary at La Marquette as well as other special occasions along the way. If you ever need a referral for inquiring brides, just let me know!

Jason and I celebrated our wedding at La Maquette this past Saturday, and couldn't let the opportunity of commending all of you pass. From the planning stages to paying the bill at the end of our very special evening, our wedding at La Maquette was everything we could have hoped for, and even more. There was nothing we asked for that couldn't be accommodated, even despite the fact that we were a small group of only 15.

As regular patrons of the restaurant, we knew just how beautiful the location was, but we received so many comments on that from our guests. When it came to our wedding day, La Maquette more than passed the test. Every element, from the ceremony and Cathedral Room set-up, to the food and the service, was impeccable. There was never once an empty glass, and our guests raved about the tastes and sights of it all.

I can't sign off this note without specifically mentioning Mackenzie and Greg. Mackenzie was nothing but a complete and total pleasure to deal with. She is a true gem, and you are lucky to have her. Our server Greg struck the perfect balance between friendly & warm and efficient, polished & professional. Both Mackenzie and Greg are individuals any organization would be lucky to have, and we certainly feel we were on our very special day.

Again, we can't thank you enough. Your team helped us create the exact wedding we wanted, and made a truly memorable day, both for us and everyone who was with us!

Deidre and I speak for ourselves and our guests: the planning, service, beverages, and foods were superb. We could not have wanted for more. Our server was quietly attentive and readily available, I never had to cue for a thing, our needs were magically met. The planning process was simple yet thorough, and Mackenzie anticipated our needs and tended expertly to each of them. The arrangements fostered conversation and feast. The meal itself was wonderful, I need to make a special note about the lamb- it was cleaned from the bone. The atmosphere was everything we had hoped for it to be. Indeed, it was a special moment, and La Maquette contributed to that in its very essence.

We were so impressed with our Summerlicious luncheon on the patio Tuesday - this was my second time at your establishment (I treated my friend for her July birthday last year). The cold watermelon/strawberry soup was an inspired starter and we all ordered the Baked Arctic Char which we thoroughly enjoyed, and our mango/pineapple sorbet was fantastic. No wonder La Maquette has been around for so long because I'm sure past patrons have recommended your restaurant through the years. Just thanks from someone who'll be returning again and again.

Last Thursday an friend and I enjoyed a lovely Summerliscious lunch at your restaurant. It had been more than 12 years ago that each of us had dined there, and we were both looking forward to trying your restaurant again. We loved it! Super food (we both had the fish) , great portions and great service. We mutually agreed that it was the best Summerliscious lunch we have ever had. Many of the restaurants participating in Summerliscious tend to skimp on portions and make guests feel less welcome than regular guests. Pas chez la Maquette!

Both myself and Carlo cannot thank you and your whole staff enough for the wonderful memorable wedding day we had at La Maquette. It even exceeded my expectations and I was already excited about getting married there.

The food was exceptional, our family and friends are still talking about it.
My brother compared it to a wedding he attended in Ashford Castle in Ireland, which cost 300Euro per person for the meal, he said it was like microwave meal compared to the meal we had in La Maquette. It's impossible for me to describe what people said about the whole day.

Most of all I want to thank you - because you left me with nothing to do or worry about for the whole day. And I'm a worrier but not once did I even think about anything and even Carlo said that made the day more spectacular for us, because he was afraid that I would spend the day running around and not enjoying it.

It certainly is a day I will never forget. It might sound corny but I can't thank you enough.

We are coming in for a meal on Friday 19th and hopefully we will see you then
if you're not busy. I have a feeling you'll see us every anniversary too.
